so I originally bought a 120gb Kingston hyperX SSD and installed Windows and all my programs on there. I bought a WD 1tb Black drive recently and im not quite sure how I can go about moving all of my files from the SSD to the HDD and then partition the ssd so half is a boot drive and then the other half is 64gb of caching.

to clear things up heres a diagram.

transfer main program files from ssd to hdd -----> partion ssd to have just windows then 64gb empty -----> set up cache

the first part is the most challenging. how to a set up my 1tb as a "c:/" drive where its the primary. I dont want to copy files I want to permanently move them over.

thank you for your time,

John
