Yahoo's servers hacked using "Shellshock"

I found this via one of my news channels, I just thought I would leave it here in case this turns out to be true.
If you use Yahoo's services I'd recommend doing what you should normally do after a breach.

 

EDIT: more and more info is surfacing to support the claim, however it seems like no data was taken(?).

Appears to be a breach using the "Shellshock" exploit.

Just a heads up guys and gals, I expect Yahoo to comment on this at some point.

 

Anyone else who knows more about this?

 

 

EDIT: I did not want to post this in the news section since this is not 100% confirmed yet, and I would rather not spread any rumours about something like this. So please, take this with a grain of salt.

A 12 year old could hack yahoo.

Even if that was true, it still does not change the fact that, potentially, a lot of people data has been leaked - whether this is looked upon now as trivial by some or not.

If you are stupid enough to have anything important linked to yahoo in anyway then well yeah, stupid hurts.

Now, I am not going to poison this forum by posting garbage like that. If you really have the need to have a dick measurement contest on the internet then refrain from posting here. There are many other places which serve this purpose better.

The original site is back online, however I have yet to find more about this yet. I guess time will tell sadly.
