Shadowplay fps counter

Go to solution Solved by Tsuki,

It is probably an issue with firefox. I tried chrome and its working fine. Are you using chrome?

yes i do use chrome.  I also use Waterfox, and it didn't happen there.

I believe you're right and it could very well just be firefox.

Hello.

Is there a way for shadowplay fps counter to appear only in games and not when watching youtube and other videos?

Alright, thanks. One more interesting thing is that i can toggle it on and off in games, but not when playing videos.

I always leave shadowplay on. I don't usually see it running anywhere else other than games though.

@Jurkin so i tested every setting that i could find. and i could not get shadowplay to show me my fps while watching YouTube in fullscreen.

However, if i enabled desktop capture, i was able to stream youtube, but the fps counter still did not show up.  (when set to shadow mode, the status indicator did display in youtube, but not fps counter)

I would try disabling desktop capture and see if that fixes it, as that is the only thing that i can think of that would cause it, even if it isnt doing it for me.

I get same results with desktop capture on and off. With it on shadowplay indicator is blinking and fps showing in other corner. I havent reinstalled windows for a long time, so i might try that.
