Hello lads. I am building myself a gaming rig... I will list the main components below:

Case: Corsair Graphite 760T (BLACK)

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Formula

Processor: i7 4790k 4GHZ

GPU: GTX 980 [sLI]

RAM: 32gb Corsair Dominator Plarinum

Monitors: 3x Dell UltraSharp 4K (will mostly game in 1080p though)

Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow Ultimate

Mice: Razer DeathAdder

Headset: still thinking...

Anyway, I cannot decide which cooling components to use, since this is my first build and I have no experience. I was thinking of an All-In-One liquid cooler but I don't know which one is the best. I want to replace the case fans but I have no idea which ones perform the best. I want this rig to look as sexy as it gets, all the cable management I will do needs to be highlighted by a good cooling setup, therefore I'm wondering whether it wouldn't be a good idea to maybe make a custom loop.

I'd appreciate it if one of you lot could make a list of the fans and a good all-in-one liquid cooler. I don't care about the price, I just want to make this computer look sick. If you think that a full custom loop would be a good idea then please list the components I need. Those components need to be on SCAN.co.uk or Amazon.co.uk

Thanks in advance!

go EK for everything to do with watercooling.

As for your 4K monitors (somebody correct me if I am wrong) but does putting them in 1080p resolution not cause the screens to have black banding around the sides and top of the display?

What's EK and I don't think so... I might just pickup some other Asus IPS monitors with 2k res though...

EK/EKWB = EK Water Blocks. One of the most trusted brands out there. For blocks, I would definitely go with EK. For the rads, maybe Alphacool. For pump, go for a Laing D5 Vario. Reservoir isn't too important, that's more aesthetic.

EDIT: For a rig this high end, full custom watercooling would fit well to make it look awesome. If you're not concerned with price, I would go EK for pretty much all components apart from maybe radiators, fittings and tubing.

For full watercooling you'd need:

A CPU block

2x GPU Blocks

Reservoir

Pump

Fittings

Tubing

Radiators

Coolant

Thank you. That's exactly what I needed.

No problem. Scan should have everything you need. I ordered the vast majority of my watercooling parts from Scan, but used Overclockers where they were cheaper. Make sure to get fittings and tubing that are the right sizes for each other.

Flippin' hell, I went on EK, used the watercooling configurator and I'm confused with all the different parts.

Yes playing a game in 1080p on a 4K display will have horrid black banding around your game. Although dual 980s would probably be enough for 1 4K display, multiple would be dastardly.

 CPU: AMD FX-6300     COOLER: Hyper 212 EVO    MOBO: ASUS M5A97 R2.0    RAM: Team Vulcan 8Gb (4Gb x 2) , G-Skill Sniper (4Gb x 2)    PSU: Rosewill HIVE-750w    GPU: ASUS HD 7790 2Gb OC    CASE: NZXT Phantom 410    STORAGE: WD Black 1Tb , Intel 530 120Gb     AUDIO: HyperX Cloud , Sennheiser HD 518 , Audio Technica ATH-M30 , Sennheiser MM30G , Yamaha RX-V361 , Pioneer SP-BS22     PHONE: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge     PERIPHERALS: Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Classic , Logitech g502 ( Thanks Syntaxvgm <3 )

Okay, so It's settled. I will pick up three Asus MX279H 27 monitors. Are they good enough by gaming standard?

You'll need two http://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-thermosphere-acetal.html Those are the GPU blocks. A http://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-supremacy-acetal-nickel.html CPU block, a Reservoir http://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-dbay-res-spin-plexi-original-csq.html a pump http://www.ekwb.com/shop/laing-ddc-pump-12v-ddc-3-25.html and fittings which you can do along with the tubing and radiators, that personal preference.

Shit, isn't that a bit too small?

Nope.
