SLI Problems

Hello So I've upgraded my rig twith anoth asus 780, so I run SLI. 

 

The problem is that my top card is running at 10% power at idle, but my buttom card is running at 30% power at Idle, besides that it is running max memory clock and almost max GPU MHZ. Even though it's at idle, This result in my buttom cards beeing 45 degrees celsius and my top card only running at 30.

 

RIG Information

 

Motherboard: Asus z87-A

CPU: Intel I5 4670k

GPU: 2x Asus gtx 780

PSU: Corsair RM850 

Case: Fractal Design Define R4

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100I
