What is the best Gaming Tablet under $700. And Laptop with 64-bit 3rd Gen Core i7 with 2700 MHz-3500 Mhz from $900-$1100 ($1200 accepted)

gaming laptop under $700? Nexus 10 or iPad 3(?)

As for the laptop, there aren't many out there with third gen i7's. I only found one:

Would also like to add, does it matter if its 3rd gen or not?

Best gaming Tablet under $700 would definitely be the iPad 4, more games than Android and faster than any of the Android tablets. As for the laptop are we talking integrated GPU or do you want discrete graphics?
