Uplay down again?

I just got my key for Watch Dogs yesterday night, but haven't been able to download Uplay because I uninstalled it when I planned to move over to my SSD.

 

It's been over 12 hours, and I can't seem to get it to download, the website is all screwed up. Anyone know what is going on and can help me with this? Provide me with an alternative download link or something? I goggled but can't find one.

 

I'm really pissed off, this is not the first time ubisoft has screwed me over with uplay.

 

I'm in Ireland by the way

Maybe you got sorted but I'm having a problem logging into uplay after a fresh install of windows, Ireland too. Thought I'd sign up and let you know.

Thing is, it was working fine playing assassin's creed brotherhood a couple days ago.

 

Also had a problem updating origin but I fixed that by downloading the newest version from an external site. Hasn't worked with uplay though.

This is really annoying. Can't even access games offline dude to the initial log in not working and it seems the service is working for others worldwide.
