My PSU is Corsair GS700 - 80 plus Bronze, the fan doesn't spin up if it's not needed and that hows been until 5-6 days ago. Everything was working normally fan would spin up if I would play games like Skyrim, but now fan spins constantly. I cleaned all the dust from PSU and GPU and nothing is overheating. If somebody could help that would be great.    And if there is already post like this, if somebody could link it that would also be great.

I cannot tell you why it spinning constantly now, can't think of any reason except for dust.

But it does not sounds like there is anything wrong with that either. Your PSU might have been on that border of constantly spinning and being idle. A small difference can make it spin constantly. Although I can't tell you what has made that difference, I wouldn't worry about it.

If you start getting blackscreens, restarts and shut-off's I'd start worrying :)
