Windows 10 preview installation issues

This is the error I get when installing the OS via USB on an empty hard drive. I have all the required media that I know of to make it work. Is it something with Nvidia drivers? Something else? (This image is of a Windows 8 install I know, just using as an example).

Are you using a USB 3.0 port on the board for the install media? If possible, use a USB 2.0 port and unplug all unnecessary devices.

USB 2 as that's all I have. I need one for the mouse (PS2 for keyboard) but everything is unplugged, webcam, Wifi dongle etc.

I had this issue in the past from what I stated previously, so honestly I have no other ideas. Are there any particularly special devices connected to your PC?

I mean, GT 610, uhh, headphones (although I unplugged those and it didn't work then either), using HDMI for the connection.

Think I found it- I don't have virtualization allowed on this computer and can't find it anywhere in the BIOS. I found this out when trying to VM it. Don't know if virtualization is required but I'm going to try it out on my laptop where it might work.
