I have a little bit of experience over clocking, but video cards are still kind of new to me. I have a Msi 660ti pe that I wanted to try and oc a little. The problem is this card wont seem to take an oc at all. I'm using Msi Afterburner and anything past pushing the core 10mhz crashes it in Heaven benchmark. I have tried raising the core voltage and power limit which seems to crash it even quicker. Have not tried overclocking the memory yet and was thinking maybe I'd have better luck with that. one thing I'm confused with is Heaven will say the card is running at 1300mhz but then cpu z will say its at 1098 and afterburner will show 1170mhz, not sure which one is correct. Anyway for a card that was supposed to be able to oc seems to be extremely picky. I'm considering getting a 970 but I'd like to try and get as much out of the 660 until then.
