PSU support help

Would my Corsair GS700 be able to support and handle these parts to a new PC I am looking to build

 

1.Intel Core i5-4670K Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor

2.GIGABYTE Z87X-UD3H LGA 1150 Intel Z87

3.Galaxy 77XPH6DV6KXZ GeForce GTX 770 2GB 256-bit GDDR5

4.Kingston HyperX Beast 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3

5.COOLER MASTER GeminII S524

 

I know 4 and 5 don't really matter just wanted to put my whole build up. if the psu cant support could you suggest one that does. also I am open for any suggestions/advice on parts. thank you for your time

Overkill for your system. But you wouldn't be able to go SLI

Even though it is overkill, you might as well just stay with your PSU, and save money to go towards other components.
