I would request an RMA for your GPU. Who's your GPU manufacturer?

well i have posted this before and followed all suggestions of uninstall/reinstall drivers and even windows  i need help! About once every few months only when I'm playing games, do all of my monitors go black and to standby more and the only way to get back to the desktop is the reset switch on my case.  I have also viewed power spikes in my GPU using Msi afterburner   Can anyone help or should i bring it to the company that built it?
