This image shows my PC's audio devices.  is there a way for me to enable both devices in the red box at he same time?

I have win7 64 bit

Through windows, the answer would be no. But for gaming, i am able to seperate my skype calls from my game sound using the skype options. Similarly, certain programs may allow for you to choose an audio input/output without affecting your default windows settings.
