Well I'm looking to purchase all my parts in a matter of days and i have done lots of research on parts and I think i am ready. I had a budget of $800 to pick out all the parts for my computer including the os and monitor. It will be primarily for gaming and playing with friends and i am hoping it will run any game on the market today at 60 fps medium - high settings. I went with an amd build because it seemed better for the money than a intel/nvidia build. For what games and tasks I'll be doing i feel it suits me well. This is the build

Get an NZXT source 210 instead if the HAF 912 and use the money you saved to upgrade to a 1TB SSHD for better boot times.

Why not get a small SSD as a bootdrive and get a HHD?

It is cheaper and easier to deal with than having to manage 2 separate drives which ended up being a big problem for me.

Edit: His mobo has no m.2 or mSATA connectivity whatsoever.

I think I'll pass because a 1tb ssd is about $500 and I'll only be saving $10 by changing cases

It's a Solid State Hybrid Drive

It's a SSD and a HHD in one.  I don't like them, if you can get a SSD and a HHD

Because he had a hard drive.

It is an SSHD which combines a HDD and an SSD. Basically, it stores all the boot files of your most frequently used programs on the 8GB of nand onboard and the rest on the main 7200rpm hard drive

The HAF 912 is fine. It's just I think you can get better cases for that price, or even better cases for cheaper.

I don't like the NZXT Source 210 as it's basically a shittier version of the Rosewill Challenger. Many of the same parts, but with worse HDD layout and only 1 fan included.

Basically, if you're really cheap, the Rosewill Challenger is the best bet at this price range because it actually includes all the fans you need (2x 120mm, 1x 140mm). If you're willing to spend a little more on the case better options open up though, because even the Challenger isn't that great of a case even though it has passable cable management, good airflow, and is tool-less.
