I am looking for cheap 2.1 speaker (only 2.1 not surround it wont work in my room). I want them to look good and sound decent. My budget is about 70$ ps if they could be red and black that would be a awesome bonus

I highly recommend you not to buy PC speakers and go for a cheap but decent receiver and a set of bookshelf speakers.

 

I heard these were the bomb, best in their price: Pioneer SP-BS22-LR

 

Can't find them anywhere here in the Netherlands though :\
