Bricked GPU as a coaster

I'm using my old MSI 9800 GTX + as a coaster for my drink. Am I the only one, (other than Logan from TekSyndicate) that uses a bricked GPU as a coaster?

 

Edit: Turns out Logan got his coaster working again, but is still using it as a coaster.

I use some logs cut into 1" thick, roughly 4-5" round then lacquered over with some felt hot glued on the bottom to improve grip and help absorb moisture. Otherwise it would soak through and get the table wet, the felt allows it to dry before touching the table. (wood will draw moisture in from one side, through the other)

I use an old dead hard drive as a coaster.

I use my Old 8800Gtx as a paper weight sometimes, or to squash bugs.

I may have to use my AMD stock heatsink as a coaster for guests when they come over.

 

Remember to use a wide base glass/mug for that... AMD's stock heatsinks are on the tall side...

I used a hard drive platter as a coaster for around a year until it crumbled in my hands whilst I was cleaning it.
