Disturbed sound Windows 7

Hi, a few days ago i discovered some distortion in the music comming out of my speaker, first i took it for nothing but it won't go away. I have tried reinstalling the soundcad driver, resetting the bios, running diffrent programs and using a headset with it's own soundcard.

It sounds like the applications is crashing, some static and then it just continue.

I haven't made any changes right before the problem and i have know idea what to do..

Can anyone help me?

I have tried with asus sabertooth 990fx r 2.0 build on soundcard and corsair vengeance 2000 headset, same result, i'm running Wndows 7 64 bit Proffesionals.

Do is it happen with all content? ie: youtube, files on pc etc.

Yep everything, local files, spotify youtube ect.
