usb switch device?

Hi guys, on my desk I have a PC an Udoo board, and a surface pro, however only one set of keyboard and mouse to control all three meaning I am constantly unplugging and replugging my peripherals.

Is there some kind of device that I can plug my keyboard and mouse into and atleast be able to switch between two of my devices?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Also, sorry if I haven't posted this in the right section, I'm new to using this forum.
