I don't see anything about the C states, or the Vtt/ Vccsa voltages, also pll overvolting might not help you.

ok thanks I'll look into the voltage settings you mentioned as for C states only thing I can see is intel C state which I have disabled

I think there have to be C1e, c3 and c6

turn off eist and intel turbo when overclocking. as well as any other power saving. if your going for a max oc.

if your just looking to do the max oc at stock volts then you can leave all the power saving and turbo enabled(depending on stability) your computer will ramp up and slow down as normal but you may have stability issues if your motherboard phasing cant keep up.
