You want to create some Positive airflow in your case. All this means is to have more fans bringing air into your case than going out. The positive pressure means that the dust wont be pulled in from any spots where it shouldn't be.

If you turn the fan on the back to be a intake and put a dust filter over it then your case will be near dust free. Make sure you put dust filters on all of your intakes.

I've been using a 500R for about 8 months now with the exact same fan setup as yours (except I used Corsair SPs) and it works very well. At load my cpu temps stay in the mid to upper 50 degree range (that's with a CM V6-GT cooler).

I can't stress the need for filters for this setup tho. I have filters on the front, side and bottom intakes and I have to clean them every 3 or 4 days! Even with the filters, after a time,  you still get a very fine layer of dust (almost like a powder really) inside the case.

You may want turn the Top right one around. Especially if you have an air cooler this will draw air directly infront of it, and also having the positive effect of creating a positive preasure inside the case.

But as middleclasspoor said, filters are a MUST for the case! This is probably the biggest flaw I have with the case
