I've been bluescreening occasionally and at one point it was so bad that all my stuff got corrupted and i had to reinstall windows 7. I've just tried out memtest and it says that "MemTest has detected your computer cannot accurately store data in RAM". This means my ram is faulty right? And if so, do i need to get it replaced?

Most likely a faulty memory module, if you have more than 1 stick then test only 1 stick at a time to determine which one is faulty.

I would recommend testing this with MemTest86+ if you aren't already.

Could always be a dodgy memory controller or something else but it's less likely.
