Kill their asses with Task Manager. You can also change what starts up when your computer boots by: Windows Button + R -> type "msconfig" -> click on "Startup" tab -> uncheck any of the ones you are sure what they do -> Apply -> reboot.

Does they give you problems? I mean does they use lots of RAM or CPU? If they ain't then you shouldn't worry about them, if yes, you can turn off some unnecessary programs on startup.

It's not sarcasm! I always thought you need something like a startup manager 3d party program to do that kind of stuff. I really appreciate it. Thanks once again.
