Corsair Commander Mini Clarification

Hey guys

So I was thinking which would be the best way to control 25 fans plus swiftech dual pump for my system and i was thinking about plugging 4 8 way pwm splitters from swiftech to all the fans and the pump and control everything from a corsair mini commander.

Is this possible or i will run in some issue with it? Im still thinking in running the pump separately so it can run different rpm % compared with the fans

If a noctua nf f12 industrialppc has a max input power of 1.2 watts and a sata port can deliver up to 54 watts what stops me of having 8 connected to each? explain to me like i was really stupid please
