AND + Nvidia Drivers

Go to solution Solved by Sauron,

No shit, I just wanted to know If I was going to get problems if I install the drivers before the card

nah

Hello good folk of the LTT community!

The title may seem like this is one of those threads but it really isn't :D. In a moment my GTX 970 will be delivered and I always hate the hassle with the drivers. Linus did AMD and Nvidia at the same time in a PC but I wonder, did he do anything fancy to get it that way, or can I just install the Nvidia drivers with the AMD drivers still installed no problem whatsoever?

This, but bare in mind nvidia recently disabled physx on any pc that contains a dedicated amd gpu.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

Oh wait, I though you wanted to run both cards in the same system like Linus did... if not then you're probably fine, you should still uninstall the amd driver though.
