hey guys any help would be nice.

I just finished my build and started to run stress tests on prime 95 to find a base for my over-clock however after installing several different temp monitoring programs I found none of them are giving the same readings.

so which temps readings should i use?

CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i

MB : Gigabyte GA-F2A88XN-WIFI

RAM: Crucial 8GB 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Ballistix Sport VLP

I had that issue with my 750K.

I would recommend you use the Bios temperature as your guide.

Intel Core I7 7820X | Asus Rampage VI | Gigabyte RX 580 XTR | 32GB Crucial Ballistix | NZXT Kraken X62

ADATA XPG 256GB PCIe| Cosmos C700P CM | Lepa MaxPlatinum 1050W

how would i see these when im stressing the system?

I'm not sure on your motherboard but I had an MSI board which let me download the BIOS to my desktop and I used that to check on the temperature.

Have you tried using Core Temp ?

i have easytune6 which is gigabyte software and it says 24 Celsius at idle. which seem really low?

and core temps wont give a reading at alll.

I noticed you have a Corsair H100i so that could be why your temps are low.

It is a good liquid cooling unit!

so 8 degrees above ambient at idle and 20 at full load are normal? cause all i've read is this chip runs hot and i expected a bit higher temps considering.

The 750K & 760K temperature sensors are crap to be honest.

But your going to be fine!

You have a great cooling unit so don't worry!

h100i cools my 8350 to 29C idle, so i would say you are golden at the moment.
The fan on my h100i is making noises however, so i have to replace both of them.
