Radeon R9 270X Problems

Hi so I recently built my first rig and it's has been close to 3 weeks to a month and my Radeon R9 270X is starting to show blue squares here and there especially with youtube videos. I have turned the fan speed up because I thought it was over heating and it still messes up so I download the drivers on AMD's website and still nothing. It just started today and it already made my computer blue screen. I need help of what I should do.
