Computer is disconnecting from another computer

So my mom is a hygienist at this dental office and they use a program called PraticeOne i think its called and she says there is a computer that the other computers connect to to schedule people and stuff but one of the computers keeps disconnecting from that computer thats hosting it. I really cant go and start messing with stuff because its not mine but there tech support....sucks.  So what is something i can tell my mom to try to do besides uninstalling and re-installing (she is going to see if she can find the activation code for the program)

 

She says there using windows 7 (i bet its vista) i have no idea what the specs are on the PC but there is only two computers that connect to the host PC

 

 

If this makes no sense sorry il try to re explain:P
