Unbalanced, you would be better off getting an I5-4690K or (if you do not want to OC) a Xeon E3 1231v3 and a Z97 PC MATE from MSI (Best budget ATX motherboard without sacrificing upgradeability). If you really want to future proof it a bit more AND you want to OC (I think games will use more than 4 threads in 2015 making I7's/FX-8320 attractive) then get an I7-4790k. If you're not OC'ing though get the Xeon E3 1231v3. Also get a better PSU. The CS550M, CX500M are good choices if you plan to stick to one card. Otherwise the Corsair RM750, EVGA G2 750W are good choices for 2-way SLI

Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

Looks quite ehhh wierd if you ask me, if you are gonna step up the GPU atleast put in some extras like a SSD, a better PSU like corsair RM750 or CoolerMaster V750S. Also get a K version of the CPU and put a closed loop water cooler on it and overclock it to maximize the power it can deliver.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xsCPvK is this good .my buget is $1000 .i may be able to increase by 100 or 200 dollars <_<

You better get a k version CPU and a Z97 Mobo even if you dont plan to OC now, since it's just generally better and about 3-4 years from now when it's become too slow compare to other new CPU, you can OC it to gain a few more months/year from it life time. As for the GPU, it fall under the same problem as the 780TI vs the 780 back then, the performance gain the 980 have over the 970 is quite good but for the extra 220$ you have to pay, not really. So I'd say you better get a 970 with an SSD instead.

Overall, this is what I suggested:

I was able to squeeze a 4690K along with a decent CPU cooler for the ability to OC along with the same GPU.

Also switched the Blue out for a Barracuda, just a preference, but it's also cheaper.

Actually didn't realise that I put the same case in as the one you already listed lol, but yeh the 230T at that price is pretty dam good.

Also I put a CS550M in there for the 80+ Gold and semi-modular features.

Put in some normal 1600MHz CL9 RAM, just because in gaming it has little to no effect on fps.

I also improved on the motherboard, instead of a B85M, the PC Mate motherboard from MSI has a Z97 chipset.

Edit:

Wow, just typed like another 200 words about you being new and welcome, and what you needs to do before you do anything else, then I pressed cancel instead of Save Changes.

*sigh*

i5 may be the good option now but i7 would be a good investment when dx12 comes out and games stats utilizing more than 4 threads

if got more money get a decent board wiith proper number of power phases like ga ud3h
