AUDio related problem (speech)

Hi guys and experts

 

i recently setup my pc and i am getting some audio problems which i couldnt figure out how to fix it.

 

 

i am using G1.sniper z87 mobo, which have "Creative Audio Plugins? "

 

and i have logitech speakers (1 subwoofer & 5 speakers) connected 

 

 

 

The problem lies when i am watching livestream or youtube or any other game, any speech or talking audio from it does not come out well to my hearing, as if its blurred or uneven in sound volume without MIC/HEADPHONE attached

 

..... however , it goes back to OK or normal whenever i plug on my headphone in.

 

 

songs or movie soundtrack / background noise are ok and there is no problem .
