Starcraft 2 Authentication Error

I used to play starcraft alot and but i stop playing ages ago. 

 

I intalled in on my new pc and i loggeg onto ly battle net account but my it says that my game is only a starter edition. I have already purchased the game in a store so it will not let me upgraded it with the authorisation code. 

 

I am stuck on the starter edition and i have already bought the game. I dont know how to fix it because battlenet has bad support and the forum isnt much of a help.

 

Any help would be great.

What does it say when you log into BattleNet

 

It tells me that Startcraft 2 is only a starter edition

when you log in and launch the game it should change it, if it doesnt check your settings to make sure its actaully on the full game and not just starter edition, its in settings somewhere lol

Edit: Have you logged into http://us.battle.net/en/ and made sure your cd key is accociated with your current account?

 

It only has starter edition in game not full game and i have no idea how to do that, i havent used in ages

Then you will need to contact blizzard support
