Okay so I making a new build with;

Intel i7 2600k 3.4Ghz quad core

Asus GTX770 OC

Asus P8H61-M LE REV3.0

2x4 GB of generic 1333 RAM

Corsair CX 600

Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
WD Black 2TB
1 Media card reader
1 CD DVD+RW drive

Because this is my first build, I need to know some stuff so please bear with me.

1) I know the mobo only has 1 fan slot so ill buy a splitter, but will 2 fans be enough ?

2) Will this all fit in a Fractal Design Core 1000 Series Micro ATX Case ? Or will I need a bigger one ?

3) Will 600 watts be enough for all this ?

4) Is it actually a good build ? Main use would be gaming, editing and Autodesk products.

Are you buying all this stuff now? if so then it's not really a good one for the price. What's your budget and location? I can help you build a better one

The only difference i would recommend is having 1600Mhz RAM,
But it is up to you how you build your rig.

1) One fan is enough if the room temp is at about 18-22 degrees C

2) It will fit, Dont worry about it.

3) 600 watts will be plenty.

4) It is a pretty solid build, It will be enough for you.

The m/bd and cpu are very weak. If you haven't bought it yet make sure you can actually buy it. This is obsolete by many generations.

You'd be better off going with an H81 series board. Or AMD.

I already have everything expect the HDD, SDD and case.

Budget is a measley £200, maybe £250 tops

Windows 8.1 Pro

I also have a Sata WiFi adapter

Urg, if so then your HDD and SSD choice is ok then. The GPU should fit in to that case, and 600W is enough.

In that case I'd save you money and go with a Barracuda instead of a Black. You going to lose some speed anyway with only Sata II and the better Black is more than you need. I'd go cheaper on the ssd too. Find something on sale. Your system won't know the difference and saving a few bucks is obviously key.

It's not weak, just old. Old CPU tend to not be supported/have newer tech and all that stuff, so if you dont buy it yet ppl will suggest you buy a newer one. But in your case since you already have it then there's nothing we can do. The same go for the GPU.

What GPU would you recommend then ?

GTX 970, available for the same price as the 770 but perform about nearly as good as a 780

The cpu isn't weak. It will still hold up very well to current Haswell cpu's.

In terms of pure power it's ok, but in terms of architecture it's weak. It's an 1155 socket chip. It has not other way of moving forward except with this board. It's a dead end. If he had a 1150 chip, even just the Pentium, it would be a much better chip/m/bd combo.
