Jumpy Bluetooth Cursor on Android

Go to solution Solved by Teslamonger,

Alright, the only voodoo magic needed to fix it was turning off the "Fast Boot" option under power settings, and then rebooting my phone.

Hey guys, I have a Bornd C170B that I have paired to my HTC One M7 and it typically works fine. But sometimes, when I unpair the device and then re-pair it later, the device starts to have a "jumpy cursor" issue. The mouse still appears to properly track the distance that it had moved, but the cursor location will only update every 1-2 seconds, resulting in the mouse teleporting across the screen. Anyone have any suggestions or solutions?
