HI Everyone,

I just finished building my personal computer and need help creating a bootable USB.  Though i am proficient when it comes to hardware I am not very good at software.  Currently I have a USB drive with an ISO file.  I do not know whether it has been formatted for use as a bootable USB already or if it only a disk image.  Here are some pictures of the file contents and the file name.

I would be really happy if someone could guide me through the setup procedure.
You may have noticed that I am on a mac, so Linus's video on creating a bootable USB is not useful.

Thanks Everyone

Is that OSX or Linux? If OSX just use Bootcamp to create bootable USB.
