you don't need the 750w power supply, you could get slower ram such as 1600 or 1866 but that seems pretty cheap for 2400, and whatever money you save put into a better cpu like an Fx 6300 or Fx 8320.

I've edited my build and changed to to a 285 instead. :) And yes, they have the 860K @ThyFeared and we don't. :(

256Bit Memory Interface bit, the thing that i don't like on that gpu(IMO) 

still slightly faster and lower TDP than the 280 in some cases tho. :)
