Its offical. I have the liquid open loop system installation bug. This bug is aggresive and it requires me to want to upgrade not to an open loop liquid cooling system. I have been looking around at cards on newegg and finding it hard to try to upgrade to something that has liquid cooling blocks built on.

I know there use to be an after market kit for my card (The Sapphire HD 6970) but no longer is available.

I am not a high end gamer and I understand that liquid cooling in no way will affect a FPS, but heat wise it will make components run cooler and that ='s longer life. I was wondering if there are still after market kits out there for this card, or should I upgrade? I am not looking to spend a lot on the card, because honestly I am happy with its performance now, but I want that custom look to the uild I am working on.

You said Floppy......

^ This or if you find an EK copper block off ebay go for that. Copper cleans up great, just ask what it was runs with (coolant colour/type) and how long it was run for. I got my EK CPU block of ebay and it was fine. Just needed a clean.
