best CPU cooler for OC?

It would help to know what cpu you're planning to cool and how far you intend to oc as well as what case/motherboard/ram you're using in case there might be clearance issues. .

oh, i would like to OC my i7 5820K, if possible.

and i'm using the MSI X99S SLI Plus ATX LGA2011-3 Motherboard with ram with not cooler

Within your price limit, the Dark Rock 3 i'd say.

 

Your chip has a 140 TDP, that cooler supports up to 190 TDP.

I'd suggest going with the Dark Rock 3 in that case. It doesn't really get much better for under 50 pounds atm.

would crosair h60 be good for OC? becasuse i can have 60 pounds to a watercooler, becasue i can buy one less fan in the case

what is the best CPU cooler for CPU which is under 50 pounds?

wow thats a heavy cpu cooler lol (just joking) and id agree dark rock 3

Project black out: cpu: athlon x4 750k @4.7ghz, Mobo: asrock fm2+ a55 vg3+, ram: 1x 8gb hyperx 1866mhz, video card: 1x saphire radeon r9 270x, Storage: 1tb hdd ssd in the future,  cooling: 2 noctua 120mm fans 1 on rad one front intake.
