6950 Reference PCB

Hi guys i currently have a XFX 6950 2GB with a cooler that performs like ass and i am looking to maybe install an aftermarket cooler like the Arctic cooling Twin Turbo 3.

My question is can anyone say with confidence if this card is a reference PCB design or not? I have attached a picture of the product information which i hope can help.

Contact their support to confirm, but I'm 95% sure it is because XFX pretty much always uses reference design and slaps some whatever cooler on there.

6950 is kind of dated, so I wouldn't spend too much money on it. It's still only currently mediocre with a flashed 6970 BIOS.

Do you have a number for there support team? don't want to have to make an account just to find it lol

Going to be building a new system in about 4 months so just want to quiet and cool it a bit so i can continue to game till then, getting annoyed with it being 100% fans at 80°C haha
