Computer randomly shuts down then back on ect

So a quick overview of my specs

 

4770k

Gigabyte g1 sniper 5

Gskill ripjaw X 1600 2x4GB=8GB

Corsair H100i AIO

Corsair AX1200i

Corsair 760T

Gigabyte r9 270x

samsung 840 evo 250GB

 

So my computer is starting to randomly shut down, then it will try and turn back on for 1 sec then completely shut down and I'm unable to hit the power button again unless I unplug the power from the wall and let the PSu drain completely 

after which sometimes when I hit the power button it will boot for all of 1-2 secs then shut down. Every now and then it will manage to boot until a random amount of time will go by and the cycle will start all over again

 

any ideas whats happening?

 

So far I've troubleshoot using diff video or none at all unplugged ssd used 1 stick of ram, switch the stick and it still does it, which of course it making me feel like its the mobo BUT i would think it would either be shot or work, kinda not a fan of the idea it is having some random intermittined problem

The only time I have had this situation it was my psu. I replaced it and all is well to this day. Same thing with a friends computer as of about 2-3 weeks ago, i made the psu suggestion and it works like a dream. If that is the only component that you haven't checked it might be the one causing the issues.

well damn I just got the BRAND NEW AX1200i what are the odds, i kind of wish it was the mobo cause that would just be a reason to go to the Z97 platform
