I have a router in the top floor of my house and I want to extend the range of my wireless signal to my basement. The problem is that the house does not have ethernet cable running in the walls. There is no ethernet connection in any room except the one my router is in. How would I extend range.

Powerline adapters?

Also, if the router has antennae on it, you can buy directional ones and point them downstairs.

Oh yeah, did I mention that you could also simply grab a piece of tin foil and shape it into a sort of cone type thing, angling it to the part of your house with poor reception?

Compatible with Windows 95
