I willing be buying it from hong kong in retial stores fortress or broadway ( similar to best buy and future shop)

 

I will be manily using it for school work and little photo and video editing and gaming

 

CPU:i5 or i7

GPU: Nvidea

Display:15"

Price: CAD 1000

Brand:preferably Lenovo , ASUS, MSI

I bought my Surface Pro 3 (i5/128gb model) at Fortress and I love it. Not exactly in the same market as what you want but I can recommend it for a School computer. As for gaming (orientated) I suggest the Lenovo Y50 as they satisfy most of your needs, and you can find it in a few Fortress/Broadway shops in HK.
