Need help posting a poll...

I am trying to post my first poll on the LTT forum. I click on "Manage Topic Poll" on the right and enter my information, click finish, and then nothing. That information is saved for if I go to that again, but it does not show up in preview post, as well as it will not post the topic since it says there is no text. Is there something that I am missing here?
