UTS (Unidentified Tech Stuff) please help

i was going through some old computers and found this. (computer from the athalon XP era) could you please tell me what socket it is and if you can what this part does. (guesses welcome

Its an old 4mb 133Hz CL3 DDR Module.

i dont think its RAM because the computer has full sized DDR RAM and this chip was positioned in line with a expansion slot on the case
