My PC performs somehow bad...

So, I built my first rig a week ago, and something's wrong. About every 2-3 starts of my PC it performs very bad. I've got very good hardware but I sometimes start BF3 or any other game and get *10-20 FPS. Then I just restart the PC, and everythings just right. This happens in every game. I checked my GPU temperatures in MSI Afterburner and they're absolutely ok. Please help me, what could I do?

Have you updated the drivers?

I just downloaded them I will try out if it works, But which parts have drivers? Only the mobo and the video card or any other parts?
