How are you trying to adjust it? By clicking?

You have to use your numpad +-

Turn off OC genie. Then the settings should unlock. At least there should be a setting somewhere that sets it to auto, just set it to manual

I turned it off, still doesnt works...

Put the CPU ratio on manual?

You can also highlight the field and manually type the value you want. Say stock is 35, you can just highlight it and type in 43 and enter from there.

Like me just today. Same mobo than with OP. Oh well, got it running. Another quick google was for finding LLC setting.
