Note 3 having a spazzim

So trying to type anywhere within my phone, and when rapidly, repeatability tap my buttons on the Swift key keyboard, the screen magnifies and the only way back to normal is by getting back to the home screen of the phone. Phones been the same for 3 months now, the only thing I did tonight was change my air gestures features to on. But my hands are on bottom screen not near top at the sensor for it. So I know that's not it.

Oh when I also press say the still normal sized key its a random key that would be in that part of the zoomed screen. I'm basically zooming into any part of my phone any time with a rapid triple tap.
