Hello guys so here is a problem am running into so my friend has a laptop which i currently have which is a HP Specture xt touchsmart. Everytime i try to start the computer it keeps booting and booting for example it loads then it gives me a blue screen which says sorry your computer experianced a problem then it tries to reboot again. Luckly i managed to a get a error message which states this

file/BCD   Error Code : 0xc0000034  You'll need to use the recovery tools on your installtion media. Sadly this laptop version doesnt come with a disc drive....and it also seems to be pre-installed so i cant do anything about it.  I do have a USB tho which i could probably boot a windows 8 recovery disc however am unsure were to find one and its also unknown if its 32-bit or 64 bit.

So any adivce anyone ? ???

Wipe the drive and reinstall windows.

I also found this: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-system/error-code-0xc0000034-in-windows-8-boot/15e63631-1f94-473f-83a8-8d7af48a83f7

a) After you boot your computer using Windows 8 DVD or System Repair Disc, a black screen appears with gray text "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD". Press any key.
b) Select the correct time and Keyboard type.
c) Click Repair your computer in the lower left corner.
d) Select Troubleshoot from Choose an option screen.
e) Click Advanced options in Troubleshoot screen.
f) Click Automatic Repair from Advanced Options screen.
g) Next, choose the operating system by clicking on its button.
h) Windows 8 will look for problems on hard drive(s) and verify that all required files are intact.

Alright i tried to make a bootable copy of windows 8 and try to load it. But it keeps doing the repeating rebooting. I have managed to get to the boot menu.. However it doesnt seem to see the USB.  But i can see it asks to boot from a EFI file or the OS manager the manager causes it to reboot constantly, I havent tried to select anything from the EFI. Part seeing that i dont know what those do.
