Cooler master customer support experiences...

So my front i/o usb ports have literally came apart, the plastic on the inside broke apart and they are unusable. Now I contacted customer support and requested a replacement, it was approved which is great. Took 40 days for the part to get here, best part? It was the front case panel instead of the front i/o     So I contacted them AGAIN this time the right part was requested, 37 days later I got an email saying my part was delivered. I checked my mailbox and nothing, checked the email again and supposedly it was delivered 11 days ago. I have checked the mail everyday in anticipation for the part because it is ridiculous what I paid for this case to have this trouble. Anyways it wasn't delivered here, so I just contacted them again and they said my address was correct. Told them I had no idea what happened to it and whined about how frustrating it is without the front i/o. The said they would send another replacement part.

I anticipate ti will be 40 more days till I receive anything if I ever do. At this point I'm ready to just spend the $40 and buy the damn part. This going on 4 months for one small part is ridiculous. Granted the customer service experience itself was fine, with the exception of the last guy I spoke to. He helped me out, he just wasn't very literate to say the least. The last words from him were we will email you when the part ships. Which in my experience is either the day of delivery or 10 days AFTER it is delivered. At this point from his tone I'm not even sure I will be getting sent another part.

The 30-40+ day turn around time for replacement parts is insane. Honestly if I ever have to buy another case it will not be from cooler master. The grommets on the case have started getting fragile, the aggressive styling looks cool but it is a pain to clean.

I'm just not happy with cooler master and their case. If I had the money I would more than likely buy a new case from a better case manufacturer and replace this one even though it still functions for the most part. I just want this headache gone.

So what has your experience been with customer support/ replacement parts?
