Hello,

Currently I am building a small custom PC, but this PC's purpose is yet to be comfirmed (HTPC maybe?). It is entirely custom, including the case, like made out of metal pieces and stuff which I can do myself.

But my trouble, or rather issue is PC parts. I have the CPU and motherboard side sorted, but PSU is a problem, due to the built case design, which is vital and I will not change. I can not seem to find a PSU that is 70mm (H) or less that puts out 300w or more. The Case size is 80mm(H)x300mm(L), and a GPU will not be included as I feel a APU is sufficient for viewing 1080p video files.

The overall budget is $AUD440, so a $AUD50-$AUD60 would be nice, quality of products needs to be ok-high, as no major files will be handled by it.

So Far

Project ALTINUM Cin.e.ma ©

* AMD A6-5400K ($73)
* Samsung SH-224BB DVD combo drive ($23)
* Samsung 120GB SSD 840 Series ($106)
* Corsair CMV4GX3M2A1333C9 4GB (2x 2Gb) (1333MHz) ($41)
* Asrock FM2A75M-ITX Socket FM2 Mini IT-X Motherboard ($99)
* TP-Link TL-WN881ND 300Mbps Wireless N PCI Express ($21)
* Keyboard and Mouse (I already have a remote control k+trackpad)
* Case (not included in cost)
* PSU (Not sure which one)

Total so far: $363

This project will take me a long time as I am finding it hard to make time for the construction of the case, today I will probably try and finish the case frame.
Please, no discouragment as to whether this is impossible, because it is not.

Any help would be appreciated :).
