AT&T Bring Your Own Tablet

So I got my LG G3 recently with the 10GB a month of data shared between me, my mom and my sister. I heard about the Bring Your Own Tablet thing where you bring it unlocked and you can get 4G LTE for it. I was interested in getting this because I could then play games in the car or anywhere. Can I get more information on this program? I'm sure it would be very expensive because you would be streaming games that use a lot of data. Thanks.
