I would say it's not worth it at all, in fact I don't see how this would work at tall. You can't cool it any cooler than room temperature.

The concept of watercooling is to circulate the water through some heat dissipating/distributing surface and take out that heat through air. which in your case there is no heat to take off the case itself as it stands nearly = to your room temperature. which is what air temperature in your room. so it's not worth it.. simply if you want using cooler air than the one in room temperature you are going something else, phase change or using Huge chillers.

Me I thought about using the system Fridges have to cool my case ( the inside ), the system would keep the inside at 2 degres at all time. that would be great.

you would effectively have to turn your case into a refrigerator, and then have to deal with condescending condensation.

AC

I was saying, that you can't "watercool" the case to any temperature lower than room temperature, so if the room gets colder because of AC, then the case will get colder. But will always remain equal to or above room temperature. Unless you want condensation.

I was thinking along the same lines of condensation, and now I'm thinking that something like this (obviously not this exact model) would possibly counteract condensation, but its debatable still.
